This technician is top notch, he has been polite, patient and informative with excellent customer communications skills. Gold stars are not enough, be needs a blue ribbon and a plaque.

Our service technician was in and out with no issues. It appears that our ice maker will be working again. One issue is that our appointment was set up for 1 Dec. We had no idea that the service technician was showing up today. Luckily we were home and didn't waste anyone's time.
