Raymond was Excellent. Professional and a people person. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was completing. He explained what happened and what the parts were for. He cleaned up the clogged before putting the refrigerator back together. I was really impressed with his work and customer service. He is a jewel to the company.

William was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. My Whirlpool refrigerator had problems with the interior lights and he found the main cause of the problem. He gave me instantly the cost breakdown to fix the issue and the time frame that will take for the parts to come. The parts and labor cost to fix the issue exceeded my financial ability to proceed with this repair.
