He was very prompt, efficient, & personable. Would be pleased to recommend him to anyone. A I prior to appt was stressful. A I told me that I owed an additional service charge when the serviceman arrived. Telling A I that this was warranty work & I had paid them my deductible, caused an awkward meeting upon the arrival of the service person. Being able to speak to a person prior to the arrival would have prevented the awkward initial meeting with the repairman.
