What a professional should be
Toshiro R. came to my home on time. Let me know 15 minutes before that he was arriving. Had all the right tools with him and went right to work at properly diagnosing the problem. I'm somewhat handy and tried to fix the problem myself but couldn't. Toshiro knew exactly what needed to be done and did what I couldn't.
