The icemaker in our Kenmore refrigerator stopped working. I replaced the filter with the filter bypass. Went online to make an appointment to get the icemaker fixed. In the meantime the icemaker started working again. Ruben arrived early and did a maintenance check on the refrigerator. He was very thorough and professional in every way and is a nice man. 5 star Quality service. Good price. I have Sears Home Services on my website favorites in case I need them again

The technician was very polite and prompt. He diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done. He did a great job setting the expectations for the timing for the repairs. He also cleaned up and put everything back before leaving. I will not hesitate to call Sears again.
