Refrigerator problem
The technician arrived as scheduled and was very informative and helpful. My appliance is back up and running like it is supposed to work. I am very pleased with the experience.

Dino arrived on time, expertly diagnosed the problem and provided options for the repair. Not his fault that the cost to repair was more than half the cost of a new refrigerator which prompted our decision to replace it with a new one.

Shanon has been out here about 4 times working on our refrigerators ice maker. He went way above trying to fix it finally calling the insurance company telling them what all had been done and what it was still doing. They told him they would reimburse us for the refrigerator so we could get a new one. We really appreciate everything Shanon did!
