I cannot say enough regarding your technician, Hamayoon. He is a courteous person who represents Sears with distinction. His knowledge of appliance repair is exceptional. Not only was the required part no longer available, but he also gerry-rigged it to be useful until I could purchase another one. Kudos to Sears!!
