Chad is a very good service man. He diagnosed my problem very quickly ordered the part and when it came in two days later, he was here very early in the morning too put the new part on in my refrigerator has been working great ever since I would use him again, anytime that I have a problem with my refrigerator

Glad you were able to get my freezer working with an iffy control panel before replacing it with a new one. Initial visit Nov. 21 -- final visit Dec 3. Being without a fridge/freezer 12 days would have been really bad. Thankfully you were able get the machine up and running.

Mr. Manzoorhussain repaired my refrigerator on December 1st. Prior to the repair, he informed me of the issues and let me know what parts were needed and the date the parts would be delivered to me. On the date of the repair he contains me to let me know when he would be arriving. He was on time and got to work on the repair. Before he left he gave me instructions on what to do before I could start using my refrigerator. He was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to others.

We called for help with a Samsung RF28 refrigerator that was doing some strange things just before Thanksgiving. Hector verified it was working properly, cleaned the vents and removed all the dust from the coils and underneath. In addition, he suggested cleaning the dryer and our garage backup refrigerator for a nominal additional fee. He did an excellent job, took the dryer apart and cleaned all of the fire hazard lint from the 10 year old unit. Good thing, there was a lot hidden under those panels. I keep the filter and connecting vent clean, but the real hazard was hidden inside the machine. Thanks Hector!
