Our refrigerator stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Thankfully we had a place to move our food to keep it from spoiling. Christopher arrived, looked everything over and got the problem solved and the fridge running again. We didn't have to buy a new refrigerator and saved us a ton of money. Thank you, Christopher!

Ben was very professional and friendly he installed parts that had been ordered. Ben stated to wait 24hrs and refrigerator should be working However we have not heard any motor start up on fridge and hasn't yet started to get cool doesn't seem it will work but we'll wait the 24hrs.

Neil was an excellent technician. He came to my home at 8:00-ish but the part he needed had not been delivered yet. He graciously said he would watch the FedEx app and return once the part was delivered. Later that evening, around 5PM, Neil returned to repair my refrigerator. I don't know what his normal hours of operations are, but he obviously started his day at 7-something, and was willing to return to my home at 5-something, which means he was willing to work extended hours, and yet his attitude was pleasant and of the utmost professionalism. He performed the job well, and he handled my refrigerator with great care, and he left the place clean. I appreciate people who care about their jobs and seem to care about the customer.
