He was very polite and considerate of my work schedule. He kept in touch as to when he would arrive which made a bit of a difficult time schedule much easier. He was very efficient and cleaned up after, also alerting me to some water that pooled in the bottom shelf. The inside of the refrigerator looks like it is brand new. He is a true asset to your company.

He was extremely knowledgeable toward my appliances... Even though my refrigerator was unrepairable due to having been repaired by someone else in the past... I was totally unaware of this policy....Sears had ceased to exit at that time and we did not know the service dept was unavailable...
