Working with the name of Sears, you know they'll lead you in the right direction. They let you know from the beginning, when you inquire, the date when service will take place and keeps you informed until technician comes. They come and get the job done, letting you know what they did, and if more work needs to be done, gives you an estimate. Very polite and went to work as soon as they got there. Very glad I picked Sears!

Out of all the technicians from Sears that have come out thus far to help with the refrigerator Matthew was the best. He took the time to to thoroughly try and diagnose a problem with my refrigerator. He took the time to call American home shield the warranty provider. He was excellent. He was clean and his work attire was very clean as well.
