Toshiro is a professional, educated in his craft. Knew exactly what was needed to make the repairs. The parts were ordered and delivered on time to our home. He returned to install the new parts. Aside from his experience, he was very nice and cordial. A great asset to Sears.

After 3 visits by Sears technicians and 2 cancellations, Harvey finally fixed my refrigerator. He arrived around 6:30pm and finished around 8:30pm. I appreciate him working late to get it solved. Sears needs to do a better job at scheduling!
