Sears home services, has a great service . They fix my refrigerator within a week. They handled everything perfectly and easy to schedule appointment and keep track of everything. The service was just great thank you Dane for the time and hard work .

He was great: professional, competent and friendly. My only issue was my inability to TALK with someone about the schedule and the lack of communication as I had to reschedule several times which was very inconvenient.

William advised me on the workings of the refrig/freezer system, very helpful advice, he examined and tested out the system for cooling and now I am ALL FINE with my refrigetator/freezer.
