Kenneth was a good tech. Your software system stinks. I waited for the second appointment to show up and and no one ever did att the appointed day and time. Finally gave up and three days later an appointment was issued. Meanwhile I wasted a whole day waiting for my request to be filled. Repeatedly tried to find a person to talk to and got nada. My previous experience with Sears had been good. I will not use your service anymore. Tech was great, securing an appointment was not. The software kept scheduling a virtual appointment so was of no use to me. You need more options for scheduling as well. I'm pretty sure no one on your end will ever read this and try to fix it. I would think about half of your potential customers give up and schedule with another company.

After getting derailed by a huge pile up on the icy freeway, preventing the technician from making our scheduled appointment, Lew made it the next day. He was very professional, very helpful and he completed my assessment. Very thankful. It's so hard out here to find good technicians. Feeling very blessed!

Mehrdad carefully explained the work that needed to be done. He even came at 7 in the evening because we had been waiting a ling time to get our ice maker fixed. He was pleasant and patient. His great service made up for the inability to speak to a human at Sears Home Services. The AI system will not give you a time when service will arrive; only sometime between 8-5. You end up having to wait around all day to make sure that you don't miss the service. AI asks for the model of the appliance to be serviced but never gives that information to the service man so he ended up having to come back after the part was ordered.
