We had this issue before and the last repair person didn't really give me the best explanation for the issue so eventually the problem returned. Had to call return tech as original problem with leaking frig was not corrected. Today, frozen part steamed by tech hopefully correcting original concern mid November of leaking frig, both freezer and frig. AI answering service is extremely frustrating as very difficult to bypass to speak with rep for explanation. AI called 3 different ferment numbers this am with first 2 not recognizing our phone numbers nor contract number. Eventually after39-40 minutes, got a human! I'm lease re-evaluate your AO service. Thank you
