It's not a good feeling to watch your fridge go out commission right on Christmas Eve. Luckily, Wayne answered our call and did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue in no time. Wayne displayed unequal professionalism while applying his vast knowledge in the field to resolve the issue, and get the appliance back in working order. It was a pleasure having Wayne in our home.

We had two horrible experiences with Techs showing up, ordering the wrong parts, never returning to fix our fridge. Our fridge was broken for 1 month because of the horrible service. Finally, we got Scott who was super professional and let us know that the "buck stoped with him." He came out, ordered the correct parts, shipped it via rush, and came on Christmas Eve to fix the broken freezer. We were so grateful to his commitment to get this right.
