Came multiple times to diagnose and repair our fridge. Ultimately it was unrepairable which was unsurprising for a 14 year old fridge with a wiring harness problem. Managed to get everything squared away and notified our warranty company.

Getting in contact with you all, nerve racking, I call for 3 days to get a appointment for appliance. They was saying my house phone number didn't match my home warranty plan. Please do better with that, it was crazy.
