Juan was Excellent
Juan did a great job. Only issue we had was that the appointment was cancelled 3 separate times on the day it was scheduled, within 2 hrs of the estimated time of arrival. No fault to him or whoever was the tech who was supposed to come

Sayed was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sears on the other hand was awful and kept canceling my appointments because you said parts were not received when I continually told you I had them. No access to a human to resolve.

Jonathan was friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated his work and enjoyed working with him. The AI scheduling was ridiculous and doesn't seem to factor in the distance and time for the technicians to get from one place to another. I hate not being able to speak with a human. Not happy with SEARS for going the AI direction and as such may be looking for a different home repair company.
