Refrigerator repair
I was really pleased with my Sears home service. Justin came in and noticed right away my fan wasn't on in my refrigerator and explained how he knew, and how that could be an issue. He got to work right away on getting it back on and within half an hour he had my fridge up and running again. Such a RELIEF! I have a 20-yr old Kenmore and was getting ready to accept it had run its course, but I'm happy to report it's still going strong!

Our refrigerator had a very noisy experience on Christmas Day, so I dug out my expensive extended warranty. The company servicing our warranty had changed to Sears; this was a surprise. It was difficult to make an appointment; an unfortunate surprise. I was charged a fee for the initial visit; another surprise. Sears's overly concerned texts to be sure I would be home during our 12:00-5:00pm arrival window were not helpful when the repairman missed the window by 2+ hours (7:15pm). Fortunately, the overbooked repairman, Ben, was very knowledgeable, very professional, very nice. Ben listened to our concerns, skillfully accessed the possible problem(s) and went about his work. Ben gets a 5, Sears's overbooking scheduling gets a 0.

The service tech that I had here at 348 New World Dr. my name is Linda Hecht. He was fantastic. He was one of the best I have seen in a long time the other warranty company that I had they don't have the quality of five tax at all terrible I am quit them cancel demo went with Sears that yes he was a very good. I told him I said I'd like to have you here all the time my sister cause you're really good. He was efficient and he did wouldn't know what he was doing and he didn't. You know it wasn't on the cell phone 24 seven like some of the other ones were he just was great so so I can't give him enough stars I really can't. I mean he was just wonderful and keep him on my in my profile so that if I need him again, I'd love to have them OK happy new year to y'all and have a good night. Thank you
