Ricky was out here today to work on several problems. He really knows what he is doing. He had to order a few parts for us. I really hope that he will be the technician that comes out here to install these parts correctly! Now I also know that that these will be delivered to our home before my next appointment! Ricky is VERY thorough! He is the best technician that we have ever had in our many years with Sears.

Although my issue was not resolved, the repair technician tested the ice makers components to see if it identified any error messages or faulty components of the ice maker. Unfortunately, nothing showed up so its a "wait and see" situation.
