James J was polite efficient and professional. He patiently explained what he found and what to expect next. He is an asset to your company! He represents Sears very well. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the technician. I took the day off work a second time due to the window of the scheduled assessment was between 8am and 3 so I had to take the entire day off. The arrival time was after 4 I could have worked or taken a 1/2 day. Please consider a four hour timeframe window thanks.

Alonso was very respectful to us as we are senior citizens. He explained to us what was happening. Unfortunately for us we called day before new year day and had to wait longer after the new year. We are very pleased with his service.
