Refrigerator diagnostic
The repairman was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and advise me on how to avoid the problem in the future. No repairs needed at this time, which saved him from having to come back and saved me unnecessary expenses.

Sidney did a great job in 1) arriving much earlier than I expected which freed up my afternoon 2) finding the problem and 3) giving me the amount it would cost. Unfortunately Sears' price was way over what I expected so I will seek out a smaller company to handle the job. If I can't find something better, I'll be back.

Ransford was able to quickly diagnose the problem we were having with our refrigerator, figure out what part we needed, and order it for us. The part arrived well before the day he was set to come back and install it. He and Tony finished the job in only 20 minutes.

The refrigerator was repaired today in a matter of 15 minutes and the technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. What I am not happy about is that it has taken since October to get it fixed because of cancellation of appointments by Sears. Having a chair in front of the refrigerator door so it stays closed for 4 months was inconvenient and frustrating.

So glad Sears finally sent someone (Scott, again) who showed up to finish a repair job that started he started Nov. 25, 2025!!! It didn't take him long, less than an hour, to figure out what Robert the second repair tech neglected to repair and who continuously canceled our appointments to finish after the part came in that he ordered! Thank you Scott for getting the job done, that Robert did not do!

Our technician Dave was great. He had to come 3 times to change parts, and rechange parts, because our LG is literally junk. I would call them again.

Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. Ai is Not acceptable. Our refeigerator is NOT REPAIRED as 0f this date. We have the new parts but only NO SHOW and delay delay, AI says our phone number is invalid. NOT SO. WHY can we not get out refrigerator repaired. ❓❓❓❓❓.
