Dave was a great repair man. He was responsible and made sure the service address was correct as your AI had it wrong and I could not correct it. Dave came on the initial service assessment appointment and again when I received the part needed to repair my Samsung refrigerator. I would request Dave if I ever required service again.

Rogelio is very professional, meticulously and highly skilled in repairs. You are very lucky to have him. I am however, very disappointed in the human less customer service that sears provides. This repair took way too long to complete. Just check my records. With that said, cancel my service contract immediately and provide me a refund for this month's charges. Gerardo Acuna
