Arrived on time both times, 1st was to ascertain issue and order parts. New parts correct and answered all questions easily and very courteous. Only issue i has was getting to this page to award stars for tech, on my phone and several browsers on desktop did not work even after typing in link. Rating page would come up first then immediately switch to google.com, firefox worked with no issue. I use win eleven and msn 11, and android 11
