Fridge repair
Nice Guy and Great conversationalist. Repaired our ice maker fan, and he knew what needed to be done and explained a lot as he went along. I would welcome him back should I ever need their services again.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and I was very concerned is it was a little over a year old. Mike assured me that he would come take a look but also I should check with my manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately the warranty expired this month but luckily we did not need it because there was a mouse stuck in the fan which automatically shut the whole unit down. Mike went above and beyond and was able to get the job done when I don't think anyone else would have gone the extra mile. I appreciate you and highly recommend Mike!

Frig suddenly wasn't dispensing water or ice thru the door. Nothing was making it work. William came in and moved the arm thing over a tad and it worked. William gave me the price to replace it which was over $400. Glad he fixed it even tho it cost $129. Thank you William for being so knowledgeable and honest.

Shane efficiently performed the refrigerator repair and component replacement as was specified in the initial evaluation. Since the error was intermittent, I will monitor the operation in case the error reappears and requires further diagnosis.
