We bought a top of the line Cafe Refrigerator as part of our new home construction. This beautiful refrigerator should be advertised with a 5 year extended warranty. It's been nothing but problems. Hopefully, this last repair will be the last. Nearly every functional part has been replaced. These guys were good. Wish us luck!

Diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently. Clearly explained how to avoid it in the future. However, problem with Sears' scheduling. Arrived over two hours past promised time frame. Major problem due to other commitments.
