David Q did an outstanding job. Best Buy sent a tech 3 times and could not figure out the problem. The first time David Q showed up he was professional, was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, ordered the parts and had the issues corrected within a week. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous - i would highly recommend him - he did a great job and was punctual

I was not satisfied with the results. But Mark explained everything. I think it's wrong of that Assurant and Samsung have a way out to not fix my refrigerator that has had problems for over a year. I should not be responsible for paying any repairs on this refrigerator. It is a defective appliance.
