I am very pleased with Eduardo; he checked the refrigerator's ice-maker, he kept me informed of what part malfunctioned, ordered the part and had it delivered to our home. Eduardo returned when the new part was delivered; he replaced the part and explained its function. Thank you Eduardo and thank you Sears.

Robert arrived 15 minutes early and was very kind and explained the issue to me and showed me what was wrong with the ice maker.....A true professional and very courteous to me and my wife....Robert demonstrates what a super service tech should be.....He was pleasant and well groomed....We were very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone who requires service on their home appliance....

He did a good job , but I'm still going to see if it works so I'll get back to AHS tomorrow to let you know if the repair worked.I am letting you know if it does not work I'll Will be calling back first thing in them to come back out and I don't think I should have to pay again if it is the same problem with then a 48 or 72 hour time frame, the service man said wait till tomorrow morning, which I will .
