Within 1 minute of arrival, Patricio immediately identified what the problem was with my beloved 17-year-old refrigerator. He quickly and confidently knew exactly what he needed to do to fix it, and then upon completion he left the work area spotless. He was very thorough with his explanations and politely answered all of my many questions. Patricio knows his appliances well. We were very lucky and pleased to have him perform the service repair and would recommend him to anyone.
