In spite of being constantly over extended, once he arrived he was efficient and quite fast. The AI system is a pain to deal with and impossible to get any useful information. The AI developers should have to go through a complete service call.

Joe had replaced our compresser a while ago but the freezer and refrigerator were better but not good. He came back today and found the leak quickly and repaired it without charge. I am pleased with the service.

The first technician showed up on Jun 9th, stated we needed to order parts and quoted an expensive fix. Repair was rescheduled to June 15th, a new technician, Michael, showed up, reviewed the situation and determined the parts were not needed, and that the actual service would be much less than the previous quotation. While we still need to be on the look out for for future issues with the old fridge, we avoided an unnecessary costly repair. Thanks. You guys send waaaayyyy too many emails and texts. I don't need to know multiple times a day that my appointment a week from now is still confirmed.

Kylen did a great job, and very quickly, repairing the water/ice dispenser on our Fridgedaire refrigerator. Very pleasant person, and start to finish only took between 15-20 minutes.
