Excellent service! The technician came to repair my refrigerator and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me great maintenance advice to help prevent future issues. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend him!

Raul was very thorough in assessing the issue with my ice maker. He determined that the intake line was blocked. He showed me where the issue lies and instructed me to allow the freezer temp to increase a bit so the blockage would dislodge. Raul provided excellent customer service. He's a very knowledgeable and nice man.
