My highest commendation goes to Mr. Sayed for his expertise, courtesy, and integrity. He came fully "tooled up", quickly knew where to check, completed his diagnostics, and patiently explained the nature of the problem. Although I have had reason to doubt the honesty of repair and maintenance personnel in the past, Mr. Stayed is not one of them. He's a credit to the Sears Warranty company.

Lonnie was excellent. He quickly analyzed the problem with the refrigerator and explained to me what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. He ordered the required parts and worked with me to schedule a date and time to return to replace the parts and get the refrigerator back working. He returned on the scheduled date and completed the job. Excellent customer service. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous.
