Brandon was excellent. The only problem we had was getting the right part. Finally after 3 attempts we got it. But there were pieces broken on it. It's on my refrigerator now and working hopefully it will continue to work. But that was no fault of his.

Efraín was really attendant to details. Complete the repair in an outstanding matter. The company need to listen to the customer because the parts arrived 2 days after the first visit, a call was done to the insurance and they contacted Sears Home Service and they said that the parts was not arrived to my home. I told them they were at home already and still let me wait 2 weeks without refrigerator before they send the technician to repair the refrigerator. No complaints of the technician, but the company does not know what the left hand do, neither the right hand. The 5 stars goes only to the technician.
