Straight forward precise. Explained what happened & the fix-- power outage. Explained the RESET PROCESS 48hours! Then Unplugfor 1hour & "watch it" to make sure it's working.

After Sears missed 2 appointments, Kylen (who diagnosed my Samsung refrigerator problem) finally showed up and fixed it promptly. The fridge was actually misassembled! But dealing with Sears is neigh onto impossible. There was NO way to reach a live person. I received reminders every day from Sears, but they apparently never look at their appointment list. Kylen was not at fault here.

I was so glad to see Justin yesterday. It has taken 3 months to have my refrigerator repaired. Justin finished the job well. All of the technicians have been great. It's just been all the no shows supposedly scheduled that have not shown up or Sears has redirected that have been exhausting to me.
