He did a great job but the fridge is buzzing pretty loudly. Not sure if I'm gonna have to call again because it doesn't seem normal at all.

Roman was great. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part but due to the warehouse not paying attention to the fact that ours was an older model and the part ordered would not work without a newer model of another part, and said part would be here BUT could not be installed until Tuesday the 26th due to Memorial weekend, we cancelled the repair order. Twelve days without a working fridge is a long time, not to mention the food lost from the freezer. We liked Roman as he is personable, considerate and explains things very well.

Kristopher R. was personable and professional. He advised me that the frost on the freezer side coils was normal in appearance. We discussed this refrigerators performance over the past 72 hours based on my freezer pictures and personal observations. Therefore, as the homeowner my conclusion is that, no diagnostic testing of the baseline freezer components ohm readings with a multimeter were apparently necessary. Further, no repairs were needed today.
