Freezer repair.
Justin was knowledgeable and able to quickly identify what he thought the problem was. He explained what was needed to correct the problem and he then gave me an estimate. I gave him the okay and in less than an hour he was done. I was very impressed with the whole process. Great job.

Peter did an excellent job. However the experience in dealing with the Sears team who handle the scheduling was most unpleasant. And once the appointments were scheduled, the arrival time constantly changed causing my plans to be negatively impacted.
