Juan was very professional. He called when he was 30 mins out and showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and took several pictures, which is something the other company did NOT do! He was very polite and a pleasure to work with. Technician was spot on diagnosing problem with ice maker. After replacing water pump however, he could not trigger water pump to activate because of lowered temp in ice door due to being opened for so long. He did try to fool the temp sensor with an ice cube to activate pump but was unseccessful. Said it would be several hours before temp would be restored. He left with no assurances that ice maker was fixed. Ice finally started dropping after 9 hours after he left.

The technician, Huy, showed up in a timely manner, very clean cut, as well as knowledgeable. After fixing the garage refrigerator, he also checked the kitchen refrigerator to assess another problem and determine what parts needed to be ordered. Impressive service...well done!
