Sears Repair
Ken is an excellent repairman. He checked out the ice maker we were having a problem with thoroughly. He concentrated on checking the water pressure because he said that seems to be the problem. He did everything he could and even cleaned off the coils in the back of the refrigerator. My ice maker is probably fine, but I can't get ice until I get the problem with the water pressure fixed. He said if he has to come back after the water pressure is fixed he can lower the service charge for me. I can't ask for more than that. He is polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely use Sears repair services again!

Upon Alberto's arrival, he was clean cut, polite, and extremely knowledgeable as well as resourceful during the repair process. Initially, there was concern that a small yet essential part was missing. Upon Alberto's thorough investigation of the two boxes that arrived in addition to the packing materials, he finally found the tiny part...impressive. Once he made the necessary repair, my refrigerator began functioning properly. Well done, Alberto!

Terrance D. had to make a total of 3 trips to our house to address and repair or refrigerator. The 1st trip was to diagnose the problem & order parts. The next two trips was because the parts wasn't delivered on time. However, Torrance finally returned and repaired our refrigerator. He did a quick and good job!
