Gary was great but our frig is still not working. It is still hot. Not cold at all and this has been a month and we had to buy a small frig to get us by. I believe at this point we need another frig and to be reeimbursed for the other frig we had to buy.

The email said that he would be at our house at 1:00. At 11:00 he texted and said he was an hour away. I let him know that I would not be home until 1:00. They sent him on other jobs resulting in him not arriving until 4:00.
