Samsung refrigerator
He was very kind and showed me how to take the shelf out in the glass and replace it and he cleaned my filter. I was very happy. I didn't know a filter had to be clean so Sears is great from now on. I will call Sears. Thank you.I 👍😊

The lights in the fridge work again! Sears sent wrong part to fix leaking refrigerator hose though, not as requested by tech.. it was supposed to a 4 foot water line, not the 1ft and a bit they sent. The part sent would not fit any of the lines exposed and the line is still leaking! AHS contracted Sears for us, they should do that more often. Sears techs are knowledgeable and take time in trying to diagnose to correctly fix the issue. Mr Kariyan did just that. Thanks!
