Chance R. seemed to be very knowledgeable and did a great job. My fridge freezer has been freezing over and I've had several repairmen come out to fix it but a few months later would freeze up again. Chance R. was confident that it would not freeze up again. We will see.

Terrance helped and got my refrigerator working after the AI Sears uses for service failed. Terrance gets the 5 stars. Sears service 0 stars. I believe it took over a month to get fixed because the AI failed and my order was in a black hole. It's a nightmare to deal with and an act of Congress to get a human on the phone. It got to the point I'll never buy Sears again if this is how they conduct business. Get rid of the crappy AI and hire humans for a personal experience. Crappy service from Sears.

Confessor was very courteous and updated me with his arrival time, 3 hours ahead. Unfortunately due to availability of parts at Sears he couldn't fix the problem. The refrigerator is 17 years old and the electronic control board failed, so probably part couldn't be made or was not in inventory.

Kylen was great. The Sears Home Service communications was terrible. Scheduling required giving up an entire day to accommodate Sears. The first day no one showed. The second day the time of arrival consistently changed so that it was unreliable. No way to contact Kylen or vice versa.
