Jeffrey was great on the clogged drain in my refrigerator. This issue came after he left, the refrigerator would not get below 50 degrees, I had an appointment for a technician to come ot on Monday, I took off work all day without pay, I had a confirmation, and the message said they would call before they come. Called the AI number and it said the technician was 2 away from me and that was at 3:00. Then again no one called or showed up. I called the AI number again and they said my time has past and I would have to reschedule. I can't take another day off, will have to find someone more reliable to come and fix the issue. This is unforgivable I will take a call only if it is a human since AI can't do anything .

I had a water leak issue with my refrigerator, and the technician did an outstanding job fixing it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. On top of that, he was personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend!

I called Sears service late last week when my ice dispenser on the door stopped working. Sears had Miguel at my home the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part assembly. It was delivered in one day. Service to install the new kit was scheduled to be at my home within two days. On Monday morning I was notified that technician Daniel would be coming that day. I was texted when he was one stop away with a time window he would arrive. He rang my bell, put on floor protectors over his shoes as he walked in. Daniel then installed the new kit with professional skills, asked me to test the ice and water paddles and thanked me for choosing Sears Protection plan. Richard
