Eddie was punctual, friendly, and explained procedure to fix the water dispenser that delayed in starting and made a rumbling noise. He changed housing for water filter and attached connections in the back,helped me locate water turn off ,was rapid and efficient in changing the parts. He monitored the water dispenser making sure it was working properly without noise or delay. Very satisfied with his work and highly recommend.

He is a highly professional technician who is well-versed not only in the mechanics and components—but also in the actual operation—of the system (in this case, the refrigerator). Furthermore, he explained to me how to file claims online and how to obtain better service from Sears. For this reason, I believe I will continue to maintain my service contract with Sears Home Services for my electrical appliances.
