I have been experiencing issues with the water dispenser on the refrigerator not dispensing water then later start dispensing again. The water solenoids have already been replaced. Ibrahim thought that the water dispenser line might be freezing up. Today he changed the freezer temperature from -1 degrees to +2 degrees. Keeping fingers crossed.

I had a great experience with this technician! He first came out a couple of weeks ago to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what needed to be fixed. After ordering the necessary parts, he returned promptly once they arrived and completed the repair. He worked quickly but was also very thorough, making sure everything was properly installed and running perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated how organized and efficient the entire process was from start to finish. It's clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. Highly recommend his service!
