Shane returned to fix a clogged and frozen drain in the refrigerator/freezer. He knew exactly what to do and methodically took everything apart before confirming his original reason for the clog and solid sheet of ice in the base of the freezer. Thawed it out with hot steam and threw away big pieces of ice up to about 2 inches thick. Cleared out the drain and put everything back together. His knowledge base is great! He is friendly, professional and very efficient!

Chris did good job after multiple times coming out. We however will NEVER use this company again. You cannot speak to a real person. Hard to communicate anything. If this helps anyone decide between a small repair company and Sears company then I will save you headache. Do NOT use Sears. Go with the smaller repair company

He was polite, & seemed to have did a thorough job in finding out what the true problem was with my refrigerator. I'm just waiting for the ice maker to make ice. Extremely likable person that knows his job. Sear AI scheduling system is absolutely horrible. I waited from 8:30 a.m to 7:00pm the for 4/1/2026. It's an all day process. You can not do any on the days a technician comes. Needs attention!!
