Great service.
Miscommunication before but Jimmy came out when he wasn't supposed to. Great guy to communicate with came out a second time and get us looked at and parts ordered. Came back out to do our service work and told us about the issues and what to look for in the future. I'd highly recommend him to anyone for their tech and I'll be asking for him to come back out for any future issues I may have.

After a terrible first experience, Michael came in, was able to immediately identify the problem, and promptly ordered the replacement pieces. Those came in within the next couple days and then came back and preformed the repair. He was efficient and while we have not yet waited to see if the repair worked, clearly put in the effort which I am very grateful for.

My refrigerator stopped keeping items cold on the top four shelves and then froze everything in the crisper and the freezer completely defrosted at one time and the ice maker stopped working. Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem. Order parts and conveniently worked around my knee surgery that I was having and just fixed it. I am very happy with the service I received.
