Juan arrived on time, and I walked him through the issue. After a short time troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose the problem and clearly explain the cost to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair cost was nearly the same as replacing the unit, so I chose not to move forward. There was absolutely no sales pressure—Juan completely understood my decision and was professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction.

I would recommend Sears just because Tron is a very nice man very knowledgeable courteous and attended to all my service needs I pretended to my refrigerator freezer. Thank you very much for having such polite service people working with you please keep Tron .P. if I could give him a raise I would give him a raise.
