Arrival was timely; very quiet. Professional. Did the assessment and told us compressor needed to be replaced. Gave us cost. We had already ordered a new fridge, so declined the repair, cased on cost. We are senior citizens and the cost was culture shock (at the time). After thinking about it overnight, we decided to cancel the new fridge since it would not be arriving for another week and made arrangements for Sears repair to schedule technician back out to do the repair.
