Bob was personable and fun while attending to the repair. It required extra effort to free the old ice maker and two installations to finish the reair My repair was expensive so he offered me multiple options ( free-standing ice maker, cheaper than repair) because this is a known issue with Samsung refrigerators of this era, and may recur. He also offered me the "shop Your Way" credit card to get the $200 discount. Despite multiple attempts to apply, I never could get through. He found a number I could call for help
