I live Javen as my technician. The problem I have is this is the 3rd time they've come out to fix the same problem. I googled my Model number and the problem I'm having is a known problem for this refrigerator. And the parts are not factory parts. I don't know why Sears will not redeem it as defective instead of all these different non factory parts parts. But Technician Javen is a 10/10.
