Our technician was good and polite. The parts he ordered were installed resulting in the repair of only one of our problems. He suggested I wait 30 days to file another service request to see if our extended warranty company would authorize the correct part to fix our remaining problem. I will be following his advice. I'm not sure why the part he ordered didn't work; however I noticed he had to use the old electronics for the back of the new display. That might be the reason why our problem wasn't fixed. The new paddle switch works fine and it seems to have fixed the dispensing problem we had.

Chris knew how to troubleshoot our problem without becoming a "parts changer". He knew the way the system works and was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. He is efficient and effective. He also cleaned up after himself and left the work area better than he found it. I highly recommend him for his work ethic, attitude and competence.

Our refrigerator went out while we were out of town. When we got home we realized the fridge was not working and had mold. I cleaned the fridge out and John noticed the ice maker also had mold. I didn't even think to look there. He took it out I cleaned it out and he put it back in. Taking those few extra steps made a very good impression. He also explained what he was doing and how I can clean the coil myself, we have a very furry dog.
